   What you pay

   You pay the pre-order price at checkout, through Stripe. Complete kits carry the pre-order discount (10 % off the launch price shown next to them); parts are sold at their listed price. Prices are in US dollars. Shipping to the US is included. Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies. Your card details go to Stripe and never reach us.

2. 02

   When it ships

   Kits are assembled and tested by hand and ship in an estimated 1–2 months from your order date; your receipt shows the window. It is an estimate, not a guarantee: if we run late we email you first, and you can cancel for a full refund at any point before your kit ships.

3. 03

   Cancelling and refunds

   Email info@getafternet.com with your order code any time before your kit ships and we refund the full amount to the original payment method. After it ships, write to us and we will sort it out.

4. 04

   Where we ship

   United States only while pre-orders are open. We email you a tracking number when your kit leaves.

5. 05

   Your data

   We keep your name, email, shipping address and order details to fulfil the order and contact you about it, nothing else. Payment details stay with Stripe. Ask us at info@getafternet.com to delete your data once your order is complete.
